  • We are so glad you asked! How you prepare the space for photos will drastically influence the outcome of your images. For this reason, we made a downloadable guide for prepping your space for our arrival (and for your best photo outcomes)!

  • We strive to provide the best service and photo products possible. Therefore, we do not provide photography services in rainy weather or any other precipitation, as well as inclement conditions such as tornadoes, hurricanes, icey roads, heavy snowfall and snow coverage, flash flooding, and more. This preserves not only our equipment, but our personal safety and the quality of your images.

    For this reason, we will reschedule due to rain or inclement weather free of charge. Overcast conditions are otherwise safe to proceed with imaging in (we have a blue sky guarantee on all finalized photos).

  • Great question! The best way for us to provide the most accurate quote is by providing us with:

    1. Size of the home in approximate square footage and number of beds and baths.

    2. If you are interested in other services. (We have bundles that may save you money when compared to a la carte pricing).

    3. The city that the property is located in (a $30.00 travel fee may apply for homes 80 miles or more from Raleigh city center).

    4. Your preferred session date(s) and time(s).

  • In order to protect and honor other clients' scheduled bookings, we provide one free personal reschedule up to 24 hours prior to a shoot. If you wish to reschedule on the day of your shoot, your booking fee ($50) will need to be paid again to reschedule. We reschedule for inclement weather and precipitation free-of-charge.

  • We are based in Raleigh, NC, but serve a great portion of the state. Travel fees are added to each order, ranging from $10-$150 depending on distance. Reach out directly for out-of-state inquiries.

  • In short, we can in some instances, but there are some regulations.

    Some neighborhoods/HOAs do not allow professional photography of their amenities (ie. pools, parks, gym facilities, lobbies, etc.).

    You MUST check with the HOA for your property to get permission for us to access and image those spaces. In many instances it is not allowed.

    However, the Leasing Offices/HOA typically keeps stock images of their amenities that can be released to you with their permission if you contact them.

    If the neighborhood allows imaging of amenities, we may only photograph pool, gym, and playground areas if no one is on-site.

  • Session lengths vary based on how large the property is, how many photos will be taken, and what services you have booked. We take our time to complete each project diligently, rather than a rushed service.

    On average, a standard 3 bedroom, 2 bath home takes around 1.5 hours to image. Add-on services, such as floor plans, tend to add around 15 minutes, while virtual tours can add anywhere between 15-45 minutes. Drone services average between 8-30 minutes depending on how many photos are ordered. Videography sessions can last up to 1.5 hours depending on the space.

  • We deliver all images via online download. Our specialized gallery site allows you to preview your images, download them in web-quality or full-quality, share a listing site with your clients, and pay for your images all in one place. The link to your personalized site will be sent to your email once ready.

  • We have an average turnaround time of 1-2 business days. Photos may take longer to complete for larger orders and orders that include drone services, twilight conversions, and virtual staging. We strive to complete images as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

    We diligently review each image and remove common eyesores or distractions, including people, street trash cans, and other items that detract from the images, which takes time to complete. We do our best to maintain communication about photo delivery time whenever we expect it to exceed a 48 hour delivery period.

  • Most Real Estate Photography methods are essentially the same, along with the angles that are taken, and areas that are documented. However, we strive to provide a more personalized level of service that allows clients to receive the photos they need for their project(s).

    For our Vacation Rental hosts, we provide a custom form that allows hosts to select certain image factors and styles, including TV screens, detail shots, amenity features, and more. Very few competing photography businesses allow for as much client order customization.

    We follow all MLS guidelines regarding ethical retouching for photos. We do not retouch or remove home features and fixed items that are aspects of the home's condition. However, we do provide retouching for items that are changeable, including brown grass, grass patches, cleaning up leaves, etc.
