Photography Requirements & Recommendations
This week I am launching a new bundle for Padsplit properties, specific to the media requirements PS has set for their listings. Your listing will need the following to comply with Padsplit’s listing requirements, including:
Photos of smoke detectors in each required room/hallway/area
Photos of fire extinguishers in each required area
Interior and exterior photos of the property, including each of the bedroom door numbers
and lastly, a 3D Tour (this is most commonly done with Padsplit, but Matterport is an option from a photographer who offers that service. (However, many photographers are straying away from Matterport due to the costly proprietary tech, software, and never ending fees).
Padsplit has also provided their Photography Vendors (that’s me! hehe), with a basic, white bedding set to stage your beds for listings (this will come as a small extra charge), but can add that needed appeal to your listings! Now, what is most important:
